* 200g. Spaghetti
* 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
* 2 tablespoon plant butter
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 2 tablespoons of flour
* 2 cups of plant milk
* 1 handful of vegan cheese
* Juice from 1/2 lemon
* Salt and pepper* Basil

Cook the pasta al dente. Make the sauce: Add plant butter into a small casserole. Add finely chopped garlic and onions. Add the flour and whisk. Add the milk, vegan cheese, and stir until thick. Taste generous with lemon, salt, and pepper. Mix with the spaghetti and serve with sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
