Blinis So easy to make and perfect to serve for easter lunch or appetizers. I topped these with oven-baked tomatoes, avocado cream, vegan creme fraiche, red onions, dill, and lime.
* 3/4 cup of flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 tablespoon of sugar (or maple syrup)
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1 cup of oat milk
* (Plant butter for frying)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Heat the butter on a pan and bake the blinis just like pancakes but smaller – use one tablespoon for each pancake. Flip when golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
