* 2 cups of oats
* 1 cup of flour
* 1 cup of sugar
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted
* 100g. plant butter
* 100g. dark chocolate chunks

Preheat the oven at 175C hot air. Mix oats, flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Add melted coconut oil + butter. Mix until combined. Add chopped chocolate chunks. Press into a form and bake for 22 mins. Cooldown before cutting into bars.
