Cauliflower soup Vegan, healthy and so easy to mix together. Served with homemade breadcrumbs (can imagine how easy and delicious it is to make – I’m never buying store-bought again) I’ve made so many soups lately, anyone who’s with me? And let me know if you have any good soup recipes in mind!

Soup ingredients:
* 600g. cauliflower
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 3 cups of vegetable broth
* 1,5 cups of plant milk
* 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
* Juice from 1/2 lime
* Salt and pepper
* Oil for frying
In a pot add a few tablespoons of olive oil, finely chopped onions, and garlic. Chop the cauliflower into small pieces. Add into the pan and cook for 4-5 min until golden (save some for serving).
Add vegetable broth and plant milk, nutmeg, lime, salt, and pepper. Cook in 10-12 min. until the cauliflower is tender.
Blend the soup and add more water if needed. Taste with salt, pepper, and lime. Serve with crispy bread crumbs.
