* 400g. pasta
* 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (75g.)
* 1/2 cup of green pesto
* 1/2 cup of pine nuts (50g.)
* A handfuls of basil (or spinach leaves)
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Toast the pan nuts on a pan until golden. Chop the tomatoes and basil (or spinach) and serve it all mixed together.
